Bruce is familiar with the requirements for Electrical, California Title 24 Energy Conservation and compliance, as well as Local, State and National electrical codes.  For the fast five years Bruce has been involved in designing major complex communication facilities from conception to completion, including ground-up construction projects and retrofit/remodels.  Included in these projects were UPS and Emergency Generating Systems.  These projects required the development of scopes, budgets, schedules and the coordination of several design disciplines to complete the projects.

Bruce’s background includes owning and managing an electrical/construction company acting as CEO/CFO as well as serving as a member of the Board of Directors for other companies, making him knowledgeable and comfortable in the business community.  Bruce has a Master Electrical License and is licensed in California, Montana, Idaho and Washington.
