LES HOMAN is the founder of Homan Engineering Corporation which was established in 1983. He is the Principal Engineer and CEO and is directly involved in all projects handled by Homan Engineering Corporation. Les has been a licensed Professional Engineer, Mechanical since February 1982. He is licensed in the State of California (#M21346).
 

His experience dates back to 1966 where he designed equipment and machines for Taylor Cable Products in Grandview, Missouri. From 1975 through 1983 he was a Field Engineer/Engineer for Hellmer and Medved Consulting Engineers in Kansas City, Kansas. As a Field Engineer he was involved in heating, ventilation and air conditioning retrofits. Their primary focus was on energy conservation. While with H&M Les was involved in over 200 different projects, many of which involved control design and trouble shooting. Les received his Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering degree from Finlay Engineering College, Kansas City, Missouri in May of 1978.
 

Les belongs to the following societies:

• ASME- American Society of Mechanical Engineers

• NSPE- National Society of Professional Engineers

• CSPE- California Society of Professional Engineers

• EAA  - Experimental Aircraft Association, Board of
  Directors

• ASHRAE - American Society of Heating, Refrigeration
  and Air Conditioning Engineers.
